居住地の環境特性と緑地への訪問パターンの統合的解析：社会格差の問題に対応する空間計画に向けて

<p>社会格差の問題が空間的に表れている例として、緑地への訪問に関する格差がある。具体的には、社会経済的な階層や、居住地周辺の環境、自然体験の状況等によって緑地への訪問頻度が異なり、緑地から得られる多様な生態系サービスを十分に享受可能な層とそうでない層が存在する。生態系サービスについては、必要な量を確保すると同時に、その衡平・公正な配分についてもマネジメントすることが求められるが、後者については前者に比べて研究蓄積が少ない。その背景には、生態系サービスの需要と供給の詳細な解像度での分析が、データの未整備や分析手法が確立していないこと等により十分実施できていないことがある。また、生態系サービスの配分よりもまずは量を確保することが政策的に優先されてきたことも一因であろう。本研究では、詳細な解像度のパーソントリップデータを活用することによって、居住地の環境特性と緑地への訪問パターンに着目し、生態系サービスを享受している状況を、緑地への訪問状況として解析を行う。最終的に社会格差の問題に対して、空間計画の観点からアプローチする際に有用な示唆を得ることを目指す。</p><p>Social disparity is reflected on the inequality regarding visits to green areas. Specifically, the frequency of visits to green areas varies depending on various factors such as socioeconomic status, the environment surrounding the place of residence, the state of nature experience, and other factors. Certain group of citizens can fully acknowledge the diverse ecosystem services provided by green areas, while others are not. While ensuring the necessary quantity of ecosystem services, it is also needed to manage their equitable and fair distribution. There is less accumulated research on the latter than on the former. The main reasons for this are that the analysis of the demand and supply of ecosystem services using data with high spatial resolution has not yet been conducted as a major research topic due to the lack of data or established analytical methods. Another reason can be that policy priority has been given to securing the quantity of ecosystem services rather than their distribution. In this study, by utilizing detailed resolution person trip data, we focus on the environmental characteristics of residential areas and visitation patterns to green areas, and analyze the status of acknowledging ecosystem services in terms of green areas visit. Finally, we aim to obtain useful implications for addressing the issues of social disparity from a spatial planning perspective.</p>
