電話帳データを用いた賃金の地理的分布推定に関する研究

本研究では、求人の需給バランスを分析することを目的とし、求人情報に記載される時給データから賃金の地理的分布推定手法を構築する。少子化に伴い、人手不足に直面する企業が今後増加していくことは想像に難くない。求人情報は全国的に日々更新された状態で提供されており、本研究では需給バランスを把握可能なデータソースとして注目している。しかし、大手飲食店・小売店と異なり、個人が営む商店や郊外に立地する商店では、求人情報が明示的に公開されていないことが多い。そこで、本研究では全国的の商店を網羅的かつ高頻度に更新される電話帳データを用いて、求人情報を取得できないエリアにおける賃金の地理的分布を推定する手法の構築を試みる。
This study tries to create a method for estimating geographical distribution of wage using wage data from job information. With declining birth rate, it is easy to imagine that the number of companies facing a labor shortage will increase in the future. Job information is provided nationwide and updated every day. This study focuses on this data source that can grasp the supply-demand balance. However, unlike major restaurants and retail stores, the job information doesn't tend to be opened explicitly for stores operated by individuals and located in suburbs. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to construct a method to estimate the geographical distribution of wages in areas where the job information can not be obtained, using telephone directory which record store data caught comprehensively and updated frequently.
